How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer worldwide express shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes 1-3 business days for the UK and 3-5 business days for international destinations.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but if not, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and the security ribbon attached.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our garments are designed to be true to size, but we recommend checking your measurements against our chart to ensure the perfect fit for our structured silhouettes.
Do I have to pay international duties and taxes?
For customers in the UK, USA, and EU, duties and taxes are included in the final price. For other international regions, duties may be charged by your local customs office upon arrival.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window to make changes. Please contact our Client Care team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before dispatch.
How should I care for my MERABI piece?
Due to the intricate beadwork, sequins, and delicate fabrics, most of our garments are 'Dry Clean Only'. Specific care instructions can be found on the internal label of each garment.
